Track Action @ Pannala - Part 4

I see you all enjoyed parts 2 & 3 of Track Action @ Pannala.. So here comes the 4th part. 

From this post on i will be focusing on the Formula event. Starting off with the "Formula McLaren 1300"   which will divided into 2 parts, after which i will be focusing on the "Ford Formula 1600" so hope you can bare with me :)  

Just look at the pic above, Formula McLaren 1300 entering the track through the pits while the toyota corolla safety car waits to escort the whole pack... Notice the size differences between the Formula and the corolla safety car? Sooo cool to be driving one of those little things. 

Smelling that rubber anyone???
Actually these guys were to warm up their tires here from standstill by building up the revs and quickly releasing the clutch.. resulting in  a rubber burnt fragrance that surrounded us all, while they moved up to the starting line. 

They were called to line up in pairs to warm up their tires and head straight to the start line.

The guy had to carry the red flag right to the back of the whole pack of formula's and then signal the OK to the guy controlling the Start Lights.. resulting in... 
Red, 
Orange 
& 
Green!! And bam! there goes the angry swarm of bees... 

Formula No. 21...

& Formula No. 53 and 42 exiting final corner before the long straight.

Formula No. 57 flying past..

Each car fly's past the pits as the crowd in the pits look on..... even with a few.. clapping.. 

Formula No. 106 getting a good line on the crucial corner... while spectators watch in awe!!
